5. Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept any return or refund requests without an unboxing video of the parcel.
The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from its sealed state and the contents inside.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, along with the video evidence.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not permitted as processing begins immediately.
